Sanyo keeps top
form in bowling tilt
Sanyo were simply unstoppable, breaking a game-high 1,034 pinfalls to stamp their class in the men's bracket, as Davies Fusion ignited 1,002 in the women's side of the ongoing “Suppliers Open Trio Invitational Bowling Tournament” at the New Top's Millennium Plaza Bowling Alley in Bacolod City .
After three rounds of action, the current No.1 spearheaded by Joel Alilain is still on top of the overall standing with a total score of 4,116 pinfalls, 90 pins ahead over second-running Amor Adobo/ASSFBI of Roger Flores with 4,026 balls.
Bago City Bowlers Association anchored by Joe Ermeo is third in command with 3,983. 
| Docs win gold in triathlon The Oblation Women Sorcerers triathlon team recently won the gold in the women's relay of 3rd Fun Triathlon and Aquathlon competition sponsored by Sta. Fe Resort and TRAIN in Bacolod City . The team topped the relay event which covered 300m swim, 10-K bike and 2.5-K off road run. The triumphant group was composed of ophthalmologist Dr. TIna Eusebio (swim), endocrinologist Dr. Viki Guanzon (bike) and neurosurgeon Dr. Gigi Parreno (run), all graduates of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. |
