LA VIDA NEGRENSE

It was a memorable first anniversary for Dermaline  that was attended by their Brazilian model Daiana Menezes, and commercial model Carlo Guevara, who jetted in from Manila for the occasion.

The models, with Bacolod franchisee Jane Roxas did the ribbon-cutting for their branch which was transferred to the East Bridgway of SM Mall.

After the grand celebration, we proceeded to Mambukal Resort as we toured the models at one of our famous tourist spots in Negros.

They were awed by the  seven waterfalls and the boiling mud. After the tour, we had a gastronomic treat of pizza and other specialties at Pietro Kaffe at SM City, also owned by Jane Roxas.

Negrenses and shoppers at SM City were surprised as a hundred people, some of them students, nurses, and mallgoers danced in unison towards the ground floor of SM City to the area where Riverwalk was having their grand launch through a picnic party.

The dancers removed their shirts only to reveal green shirts with the name “Riverwalk Villa Angela.”

It was the very first mob dance participated in by 150 dancers at a mall. A truly great idea that surely captured everyone’s attention that led to the grand launch of Riverwalk.

Ribbon-cutting was done by the company’s top officials headed by president Gina Piccio with Dennis Jalbuena, Jose Cuenca Jr., Maridel Rivero assisted by Bacolod Vice Mayor Thaddy Sayson and Elsa Leonardia.

The new subdivision, located at the back of the New Bacolod Government Center, is beside Lupit River. The land has fruit bearing trees and has a majestic view of Mt. Madalagan.*
