Active Solid Strikers Fellowship Bowlers Inc. and Negros Professional Bowlers Club will participate in the 1st Invitational Open Trio Duckpin and 2009 Sinadya sa Halaran Regional Open Trio Bowling Tournaments set Dec. 3 up to 6, at the Capiz Bowling Sports Complex and at Rock N' Bowl Lanes in Roxas City.

The Davies team of Romel Jover and Irne Diaz' Sharp, will also be sending their selection to the competition.

The ASSFBI team is headed by Edgar Allan Del Rosario, Cecil Silverio and Romulo Ramos, while NPBC/LJP/Tough Truck/RJ squad is mentored by Steve Po, Gil Villagante and Jaime Chua.

At stake in the twin tournament is P150,000 cash prize.

The 1st Invitational Open Trio will start on Dec.3 for the first try-out in singles and Dec.4 for team play, while the up-the-ladder system for the top three squads is scheduled on at 2 p.m. on Dec. 6.

Registration fee per entry in the team competition is P2,000, and P500 in singles.

The Rock N' Bowl tilt, on the other hand, will start on Dec.4 at 2 p.m.

The championship is set at 11 a.m on Dec. 6.*HLG
