Due to the preventive maintenance of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines’ 100MVA transformer, the Central Negros Electric Cooperative will effect load shedding schedules today between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in its service areas, a CENECO press release said.

There will be rotating brownouts that will last for, more or less, one hour.

Consumers are advised to minimize the use of electrical appliances during these periods to lessen load shedding schedules.
