Today, millions of people all over the world will pause in their everybody routines to watch a rare event that will take place in England, the country with a most romantic history and continues adhering to a monarchy that has made it distinct from so many other nations up to this day.

The diversion will be provided by two beautiful people, Prince William of the United Kingdom and Catherine “Kate” Middleton a commoner, but the daughter of millionaires who made their fortune through dint of hard work and perseverance.

Because of those circumstances, the marriage is also a landmark affair in that country that has, for so long, attempted to maintain the traditions of old as far as royal marriages are concerned. The union of these two young people therefore, is symbolic in more ways than one, in that this seems to be a real love match between two personalities who are now both mature enough to know that they can make a go of their marriage.

The world still remembers the beautiful fairy tale wedding several decades ago of the parents of Prince William, that of his father Prince Charles and the beautiful and highly popular Diana, that was later found out to be a one-sided love affair because the other half was still hankering for an old love, and later led to a painful divorce.

This time, hopes are high that this one will be more successful, not only because of the lesson from that other marriage, but because it is obvious to all that this one is a real match of hearts and minds and that the principals have taken all the time to really know and understand each other.

We do not expect that it will be all roses in the path they will trend, but this time, most people sincerely wish the future king and his queen all the best as they face life together, and that this will be one fairy tale where the leading characters will truly live happily ever after.*
