Bing gets more
votes in recount

BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO

Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia garnered 17 more votes over former Bacolod Rep. Monico Puentevella based on the initial results of the recounting of protested ballot boxes at the Commission on Elections First Division in Manila, City Legal Officer Joselito Bayatan said yesterday.
