Rally against RH bill set
BY CARLA GOMEZ

The Citizens Alliance for the Protection of Human Life is staging a massive rally at the Bacolod Public Plaza on February 22 to call for the junking of the reproductive health bill, also known as the responsible parenthood bill, Fr. Greg Patiño, CAPHL secretary general, said yesterday.

The group also plans to hold a Negros-wide caravan against the bill at a later date, he said.

Members of the CAPHL, at a gathering at the San Sebastian Cathedral Rectory in Bacolod City yesterday afternoon, signed a manifesto calling on members of the legislative and executive branches of government to stop pushing the measure, which they said is unconstitutional as it allows the killing of the unborn at conception.moremoremore
