| A night in ‘wonderland’
“A Night in Wonderland” was the theme of the prom of St. Scholastica’s Academy held last Saturday at the La Proa Ballroom of L’Fisher Grand Hotel in Bacolod City.
It was their time to enjoy and have fun at the hall beautifully decorated with giant cards, trees, flowers, colorful balloons, and on every table there was a big tea cup.
All juniors looked lovely and stunning in their beautiful and beaded gowns presented by the “Mad Hatter” Rene Hinojales. As the Juniors presented and curtsied, their escorts were on their knees to offer lovely red long-stemmed roses.
The Don Ricardo Hall was designated as viewing area for the parents, grandparents, and other family members. Some fathers took time to create a special bond by dancing with their daughters.
It was a very happy and blissful moment to be forever remembered in the treasure box of memories that brought tears to friends and relatives eyes.
The juniors had the chance to dance in the spotlight together with their debonair escorts.
Judges of the affair were Dr. Jennie Kho and Al Melgar “to put the mad little crowns on the mad little heads of some chosen special Alice and handsome Princes of the Nights.”
The night ended with the batch members dancing until midnight. It was the great time of their lives.
Live your teenage dreams!
