Motel owner seeks
recall of closure

BY CARLA GOMEZ

The president of the Bacolod Imperial Court Inc. in Bacolod City is requesting the city to recall the closure order it implemented on the motel and to issue it a mayor’s permit, saying there is no more legal obstacle to withhold it.

The closure order dated Dec. 30, 2010 was based on Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution 865, Series of 2010, that requests the Office of the Mayor to hold any action on the application for a business permit by Bacolod Imperial Court Inc. and recall it if one has been issued until the issue of its Environmental Compliance Certificate has been clarified.moremoremore
