ESD Hurricane/ASSFBI, Alimon Steel/Candles and Davies Fusion dominated the eliminations to emerge on the top favorites in their respective division of the Tops Invitational Rated and Non-rated Open Trio Bowling Tournament at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.

The showdown of the magic four survivors is scheduled tomorrow at 6 p.m.

ASSFBI led the premiere department with 8,153 pinfalls after pulling out 1,053 points in the 10th round, as Candles and Davies ruled in the non-rated and women’s category.

Carrying the colors for Hurricane are Wilson Casas, Cesar Sumaylo, Nonoy Ayagan and Nerio Regollo, while Frantit “Cute”Miranda, Melot Alimon, Rey Bello and Edgar Del Rosario played for Candles; Susan Robles, Tess Robles and Precy Pillo for Davies Fusion.

With ESD in the rated category are Easyweld/NPBC of Nonoy Ruiz, Irne Diaz’ Sharp and Amor Silverado led by Roger Flores.

Opposing Candles in the non-rated bracket are Sharp II, Davies II, and Mulo Car Aircon Services, while Davies Fusion II, Condura ASSFBI Ladies and Tiger Eye vie for the title in the distaff side with DFI.

It will be Sharp versus Amor in the opening action in Class A quarterfinal match, as Mulo takes on Davies in Class B, and Tiger Eye against ASSFBI in the women’s bracket.

Consolation prizes will also be awarded to non-winning entries in three divisions to be contested.*HLG
