Ground-breaking

The ground-breaking rites for a condominium project, “Hi Residences” Condominium, at Burgos Extension in Brgy. Villamonte, was led by businessman-developer Vladimir Gonzales.

Present at the laying of the time capsule were Bacolod Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus “Thaddy” Sayson, and Councilors Sonia Verdeflor, Archie Baribar, Em Ang, Al Victor Espino, and El Cid Familiaran, with Cano Tan.

A mass preceded the laying of the time capsule that was also attended by guests from Manila and Iloilo.*
