Silverado I/ASSFBI won in the opening of the Class A division of the Sharp Phils. Open Trio Bowling Tournament at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.
Candles/Alimon Steel and Davies Fusion led in the non-rated and women’s category.
Cecil Silverio’s group composed of Norman Pineda, Ronald Fernandez and Nonoy Gatila had a game-high 1,055 pinfalls to lead the 8-team pack in the Class A division.
Silverado hit 352 in the first game, 345 and 358 in the next two matches.
Sharp Aquos of Irne Diaz had 975, followed by TNT Construction/NPBC of Nonoy Ruiz with 974.
Rounding out the competitors in the Class A department are ESD Electronz, 969; Silverado II/Amor, 921; ESD Hurricane; NPBC RJ Stars, 889, and Davies I, 887.
K of C Candles of Melot Alimon led the non-rated bracket with 998, while Robbie Elegado’s Kami Mga Hubin was No.2 with 974.
Davies II has 970; Sharp Blue Diamond, 912; Integrated Bar of the Philippines, 911; FRM Marketing, 901; Mulo Car Aircon Services, 879; St. John Institute, 876; Manila Bulletin, 875, and NOLDS/RJ Stars, 729.
In the women’s side, it was the Davies Fusion I bowlers, who led with 983, and Kami Mga Gwapa second with 932.
