Kidnap raps readied
vs. stepmother

BY ADRIAN NEMES III

Kidnapping charges are set to be filed by the Bacolod City Police Women and Children’s Complaints Desk today against a 22-year-old woman who allegedly took her stepson and sold him in Iloilo City.

WCCD head, Insp. Jovy Cabcaban said they went to Iloilo Tuesday but failed to locate the child.

Cabcaban said they are filing the case against the woman instead because the boy’s father does not seem to be interested in pursuing the case against his former live-in partner anymore.moremoremore
