| Baby Rosh turns 1
Roseller Matthew Ciocon Dilag celebrated his first birthday last Saturday with his proud and loving parents, Mondi and Maridel, together with grandparents, Roseller and Ditas Ciocon, Rene and Nona Dilag, and uncle Dr. Francis Dilag who arrived for the celebration.
Baby Rosh is a very happy baby, always smiling, laughing, and waving at everybody. He was fascinated with his toys especially Thomas and Friends.
L’Fisher Hotel’s La Proa Ballroom was beautifully decorated with sky blue balloons all over the ceiling, and at a distance, they looked like real clouds, with four chou-chou Tomas and Friends on the stage, and three more in the ballroom. On the table were miniature motorcycles going up and down with three colorful balloons. At the side, popcorn bar, hot dog, cotton candy and ice cream stalls.
Two long buffet tables were prepared; one for children and the other, for parents and yayas. Upon entering the ballroom, pictures were taken of everybody that one could get copies of in 15 minutes.
Trainloads of fun were ready both for children and grown-ups as the party featured music, games, magic and entertainers from Iloilo.
It was a very memorable party that young and the young-once enjoyed. Those present joined the celebrator, Baby Rosh, in a thrilling ride.
Remember: Count your blessings instead of crosses; count your joys instead of woes; count your friends instead of foes; count your smiles instead of tears; count on God instead of yourself.*
