taking tricycle

BY ADRIAN NEMES III

Two persons, one a minor, were arrested after they allegedly took a tricycle at about 5 p.m. Sunday in Brgy. San Isidro in Toboso town, Negros Occidental.

Arrested was Marlon Loquinario, 23, of Brgy. Singcang Airport and his 17-year-old neighbor, whose name is being withheld, Station 8 commander, Chief Insp. Danilo Francisco said yesterday.

The two were arrested on the complaints of Jesse Cuevas, 26, of Purok Pag-asa, Brgy. Singcang Airport, who claimed that the two flagged down his tricycle at Raymund Street in the barangay and took it.

Loquinario is now detained at Police Station 8 while the minor will be referred to the Bacolod Social Welfare and Development Center.*APN
