The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office referred to Bacolod Rep. Anthony Golez Jr. the case of a twin toddler, who sustained a gunshot wound in the head, a press release from the office of Golez said.

The shooting incident happened almost two weeks ago in Brgy. Libas, Isabela town, Negros Occidental, were the victims were the twin toddlers and their father.

The other twin was shot in her feet while their father, Nathaniel Sarrarania, has a gunshot wound in his right index finger, the press release said.

The victims were rushed to the Bacolod Adventist Medical Center.

Golez sent medicines and visited the toddler at the hospital.

“As a doctor, it is my responsibility to make sure that anyone who needs medical assistance receives it,” he added in the press release.*
