Mulo Car takes lead in
Suppliers bowlfest
Mulo Car Aircon Team led in the premiere division of the Suppliers Friendship Cup Open Bowling Tournament hosted by Sharp at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.
The Flores Team led in the men’s non-rated department, as Tiger Eye and Davies Fusion II shared the top spot in the women’s category.
The MCA headed by Romulo Ramos had 703 in the first round, while the squad of Roger Flores had 725 and Cecil Biendo-led Tiger Eye and DF had identical 617 each.
| Azarenka, Sharapova World number one Victoria Azarenka and number two Maria Sharapova crashed out of the Pan Pacific Open tennis tournament in contrasting styles yesterday. Azarenka, from Belarus, pulled out citing fatigue, while the French Open champion from Russia went down to Samantha Stosur of Australia 4-6, 6-7 (10/12) in the quarter-finals. But defending champion and world number three Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland safely went through beating 2010 Tokyo champion Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark 6-4, 6-3. |
