BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO
Grupo Progreso congressional candidate Mayor Evelio Leonardia yesterday asked the public to support their whole slate to ensure the continued progress of Bacolod City started by his administration in 2004, during the group's opening salvo in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City, yesterday.
The Grupo Progreso candidates of the Nationalist People's Coalition had signed a manifesto Monday containing their platform of government that they have pledged to fulfill to their constituents.
Leonardia said that, compared to 2004, Bacolod City has become a much better place to live in.
