Sunshine’ offering
alternate power source

The Sunshine Solar, a subsidiary of New Kawara Inc. that distributes solar photovoltaic power systems, recently demonstrated its latest energy solution to Bacoleños, a press release from the company said.

Because of rising fuel prices and constant increases in electricity rates, Sunshine Solar introduced an energy solution through the use of solar PV power system for residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as communities in remote locations, the press release said.

One of the successful projects of Sunshine was the Toyota-Marilao Bulacan site that requires 60.48 kilowatt per hour or 252 solar panels to cover the 57 percent of its daily consumption, it also said.

The project allows the company to save about P1.9 million annually, it added.

Sunshine Solar and New Kawara Inc. have German partners and aim to distribute German solar power accessories and components to help clients reduce their consumption by creating a system that suits their requirement, the press release said.*LTG
