Nina's birthday bash

December 18 was a red-letter day for debutant Nina Lim Lopez, eldest and only daughter of Gerardo and Marlin Lopez, who held her birthday bash at The Grand Midori Makati in Legaspi Village, Makati City.

The grand ballroom was beautifully decorated, with long stemmed red roses accenting every table. At the center stage were two white Christmas trees decorated with golden balls. Almost a hundred loved ones, friends and classmates of Nina from Ateneo and St. Scholastica's Academy Bacolod attended her special day.

Brother Gino delivered a meaningful speech for his dear Manang Nina. Randy and Dowa Manaloto entertained and hosted the program that included a fashion show of 18 movie characters that entertained the crowd. A song number by high school friends, a duet from cousins Jacob and Justin Echaque, and a dance number from the ARSA Dance troupe, of which Nina is a member, were also presented.

The guests had a blast, and enjoyed the party up to the wee hours. To Nina dear, more birthdays to celebrate, and God bless you and your family.*
