Moises Padilla captures
Under 13 football crown

Young booters from Moises Padilla prevailed in the second half of the 20-minute extension time to finally tame St. Scholastica's Academy, 3-2, and capture the crown in the Negros First Under 13 Football Tournament, Sunday at the Panaad Park and Stadium pitch.

The exciting final duel saw the boys from St. Scholastica scoring the game's first goal in the 10 th minute courtesy of Fritz Grijaldo and Jan Reu Mendoza of Moises Padilla booting in the equalizer in the 32 nd minute.

In the first 10-minute of the extension, Jim Mendoza scored for Moises Padilla to put his team ahead, 2-1, but two minutes later, Grijaldo struck again for SSA, to tie the score.
