welcome GSIS' citation
Government workers in Negros Occidental welcomed the “excellent” rating given by the Civil Service Commission to the Bacolod office of the Government Service Insurance System and praised it for the professionalism and excellent service of its management and staff, the GSIS said in a press release.
In March this year, the CSC rated the Bacolod GSIS office 91.57, or “Excellent” in its Anti-Red Tape Act Report Card Survey, the first government office in the country to get the rating.

NGCP surpasses FOT target
The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines surpassed the target limit for frequency of tripping set by the Energy Regulatory Commission for the year 2012, the firm said in a press release.
The FOT is a corporate performance indicator set by the ERC that measures the number of times the high-voltage transmission lines tripped or experienced forced outages for every 100 circuit kilometers.
The ERC established the indicator to ensure minimal disturbance on power delivery service and to continuously improve the transmission system operator's facilities.
