The 38th Annual General Membership Assembly of Central Negros Electric Cooperative will be held November 23, its general manager, Sulpicio Lagarde, said yesterday.

The assembly will be held simultaneously from noon to 5 p.m. at the University of St. La Salle Coliseum and at the Silay City Civic Center Lagarde said.

He said all member-consumers, especially those who wish to run for the next district election, should attend the assembly because it is one of the requirements of the National Electrification Administration.

During the assembly, officials of CENECO will report on the accomplishments of the firm last year, Lagarde said.

Inquiries may be directed to the board of directors while those who are from District 1 may inquire from the registration committee or may call CENECO hotline number 435-3640 to 55 local 212 or the direct line 433-5475.

During the assembly, newly elected members of the board of directors Martha Joyce Cuenca, Robert Javellana and Michael Maravilla of Districts 1, District 6 and District 9, respectively, will also take their oath.*APN
