Moises Padilla U11 stops USLS;
Cadiz, Bago stay unbeaten in U13

City-based teams bowed to their counterparts from the countryside as Moises Padilla Elementary School beat University of St. La Salle in the U11 division, while Cadiz City West ES routed Andres Bonifacio and Bago City ES beat La Consolacion College in the U13 division of the Dynamic Football League 2 nd Conference at the Panaad pitch, Saturday.

Bouncing back from a 1-5 opening day loss to Trinity Christian School, Moises Padilla surprised USLS with a 3-2 win Saturday to hand the tournament's top seed its first setback while getting into the win column.

Trinity surged to its second straight victory by blanking University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, 8-0, while Don Bosco Technical Institute showed its dominance over Montevista, 4-0, to share the 2-0 win-loss card. St. John's Institute's 5-3 win over Bata ES completed Saturday's results in the U11 competition.

In the U13 tussle, Cadiz West outclassed ABES, 8-1, while Bago ES toyed with LCC, 15-0, as the out-of-town teams claimed their second win in the tournament along with UNO-R, who beat St. Scholastica's Academy, 6-2.

Defending champion USLS had a 1-all draw against Don Bosco, while Himamaylan ES routed SJI, 9-0, to score their first win. The Johnians are still winless after two outings.

Moises Padilla's U13, also settled for a 1-all draw against Trinity, while Estefania and Bata had a 3-all draw. A. Mabini Elementary School notched its first win in the competition by shutting out Sum-ag ES, 6-0.*NAB
