Moises Padilla U11 stops USLS; City-based teams bowed to their counterparts from the countryside as Moises Padilla Elementary School beat University of St. La Salle in the U11 division, while Cadiz City West ES routed Andres Bonifacio and Bago City ES beat La Consolacion College in the U13 division of the Dynamic Football League 2 nd Conference at the Panaad pitch, Saturday. Bouncing back from a 1-5 opening day loss to Trinity Christian School, Moises Padilla surprised USLS with a 3-2 win Saturday to hand the tournament's top seed its first setback while getting into the win column. Trinity surged to its second straight victory by blanking University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, 8-0, while Don Bosco Technical Institute showed its dominance over Montevista, 4-0, to share the 2-0 win-loss card. St. John's Institute's 5-3 win over Bata ES completed Saturday's results in the U11 competition. |
