SJI vs. STI-WNU in NBTC today

The 7th Season of SeaOil National Basketball Training Center Elite League opens at 7 a.m. today at the STI-WNU gym with Region 6 SBP Director Robert Uy as guest speaker, a press release from  organizers said.

The main feature in today’s schedule  is the battle between NOPSSCEA junior basketball champion St. John’s Institute and runner-up STI-West Negros University at 11 a.m..

Mansilingan Christian Academy and Bacolod Christian College of Negros square off at 8 a.m. following the opening rites.  Uy, Anthony Carlo Agustin, provincial director of SBP Negros Occidental and commissioner Bobby Tee will do the ceremonial toss, the press release said.

At 9:30 a.m.  University of St. La Salle IS and Living Heritage Christian Academy test each other in a preview of what is in store for the next round, it also said.

Tomorrow, UNO-Recoletos and guest team Huaming will clash at 8 a.m. while MCA will face MCA in the next game. STI-WNU and LHCA will slug it out at 11 a.m., the press release added.*
