WISE Training and Learning Academy and Niagara College, Canada’s largest government-funded institution, was launched recently in Bacolod City, a press release from the company said.
The partnership underscores opportunities of visa grants allowing Filipinos to study, work and migrate, all at the same time, Eric Jin, its International Recruitment Officer, said.
Niagara College vows to fulfill the Canadian dream of Filipinos, he said, adding that the college offers a wide selection of post graduate programs, full and part-time studies, continuing education program, international studies and distance or online learning education, the press release said.
Jin said NC and WISE Immigration offers affordable and sustainable international student-programs for the people of Negros who wish to pursue careers abroad.
The linkage of the two migration services-oriented organizations paved way to inform more than 100 student visa prospects in Negros to check their options in studying and working in Canada.
“This opportunity is bound to secure brighter futures for Negrenses,” WISE Immigration Chief Executive Officer Ben Ryan Ybañez said, adding that by far, NC and WISE have the strongest study and work program package for Filipinos.
Niagara College is committed to providing as much support as possible to enable academic success, the press release said.
Many members of the community have recognized the unique challenges that international student’s experience, and have generously donated scholarships to assist and celebrate their achievement. The scholarships available through these donations are offered for academic performance, financial need, and volunteerism, it said.
Apart from NC’s visit, WSE Training and Learning Academy, an affiliate of WISE Immigration, was also launched, the release said.
The focuses of WTLA are academic reviews on English Proficiency, intensive IELTS program review and French classes for Quebec bound applicants.
The supplemental education program of WTLA has been proven effective, as thousands of IELTS reviewers in Makati and Cebu have mostly above average to high certification marks in speaking, listening and writing components, among others, it said.
WTLA will begin its operations this week. Leading the French lessons program are Belgian French speakers, licensed by international education agencies, primarily by the British Council to teach French to non-native speakers, it added.
WTLA will not only equip applicants with the ability to converse in French but to know the culture, history and people of Canada, shared. WTLA is an initiative of its mother organization to ensure high passing rate among applicants, said Sza Sarceno, WTLA Manager.
