Brgy. Ginebra hopes to
stay alive in Game 6

MANILA - The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Kings and the San Mig Coffee Super Mixers will come into Game six today with two different missions, the former wants to force the series to a sudden death match while the latter looks to finish it off and book the last ticket to the 2014 PBA MyDSL Philippine Cup Finals.

Ginebra's "Never Say Die" Attitude will be tested again, now that they're in the brink of elimination, while the Super Coffee Mixers are aiming to keep their momentum going after claiming Game Five with a pulsating 79-76 win.

Mark Barroca spearheaded the Mixers after finishing with 14 points, five rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block but it was James Yap who fired the game-winning trey in Game Five.

Now equipped with a 3-2 series lead, the Mixers can immediately advance to the Finals if they can take care of business while Ginebra can equalize the series with a victory.

It's easier said than done but one thing is for sure, it will surely be a dogfight between the two great "Manila Classico" protagonists when they face off in a pivotal Game Six clash at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.*PNA
