Stage up for gowns
Dress Up! Dress Down!

Gowns really do set the stage. It sets us apart in formality, and establishes grace in elegance. You can tell a well-made gown. It is made perfectly for the lady, and is just right for her body type, her personality, and for giving her elegance with ease. In it, the lady moves with liquidity.
Gowns are perceived to be expensive. Some are deceptive, in that they should be expensive, but they are actually not. Some gowns are ill-fitting and not worth its high cost. I suggest to look at gowns from a different perspective. See gowns on how they make women radiate in elegant beauty.
Whether you prefer custom-made gowns or ready-to-wear designer brand, remember that we live in a country where we are blessed with talented designers, many already known, and many that are soon to be known.
The best designers love the cloth they work with, and will coordinate the material to the personality and special physical requirements of their client.
Presuming you have a great designer, manage first what you want to achieve with your gown: A slimmer look? Elegance? Beauty with comfort? More sex appeal? Ease of movement? Whatever it is, convey this to your designer.
Also establish what you don’t want, such as a trail that adds challenge to your walk, too deep a front line that gets undue attention, perhaps a tightness that may require you the tightest of girdles.
Would you prefer a one-piece gown or two pieces, coordinated to be a gown? Personally, I prefer the long skirt and the top as separates. Why? A cut on the waistline tends to cut height, making one looks shorter. The plus factor of two-piece coordinates is that they factor ease of movement for the wearer, and this liquidity of movement equates to a heavenly feeling.
If you are planning to purchase a ready-to use gown, a good plan is to segregate items that are within your budget, and fit only those items, from which you will pick your best choice. You might even want to check out designer brands. You never know what is marked down and has gotten affordable, or you might see something that could inspire a take-off design.
High on your preference should be to look good and feel good. There is no point to dressing for show purposes, if you can’t breathe from the tightness of your outfit, if you can’t enjoy the affair because of discomfort, or if you predominantly think that the best thing about the affair is the thought of going home to shed off the second skin.
When a woman feels gorgeous in what she wears, it radiates in her face. The perfect gown makes you feel good and makes your smile comes out naturally.
It really does stage you up to be both elegant and wonderfully social in natural fluidity.*
