New PAL ticket office opens
BY SHIELA GELERA

The Philippine Airlines inaugurated yesterday its new ticket office at the Old Airport in Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City.

The ticket office that was designed uniformly as those of other similar offices in Cebu, Davao, and Manila, aims to serve the public better with its more comfortable ambiance.

Passengers need not to go to the airport to access the airline’s services since it is made accessible to them. However, if customers have problems before boarding, they can go to the PAL’s ticket office at the Bacolod-Silay International Airport.

The new ticket office built at the property owned by PAL, is the first in Bacolod.

PAL also launched a Booking Kiosk where customers, while waiting for their turn to be accommodated, can book their reservations through a computer.

Meanwhile, Rene Aviles, head of the PAL Bacolod Branch, said they are looking for a market, for international flights.*SGG
