The center of the Pahanocoy Bridge will be closed to motorists 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on March 22-24 for rehabilitation and to provide additional leeway for passing vehicles and commuters, a press release from City Hall said.
Motorists going to Bago and other southbound towns and cities may use the west wing of the Pahanocoy Bridge while those entering Bacolod may pass the Central Gas Corporation (CEGASGO) thoroughfare leading to the Circumferential Road.
The bridge was also closed November 30 last year due to the same reasons. The construction is being done by the Department of Public Works and Highways.
For inquiries on the closure, the public may contact telephone nos. 0939-870-1170, the press release added.*
