La Salle summer hotties

The University of St. La Salle recently held the much-awaited summer hotties 2014 competition at the Forest Park N ature Resort in Bacolod City, where the most good looking men and women, representing the five departments of the university, competed.

They were Karina Parreño and Rae Solidum of the College of Nursing, Daphne Molenar and Jorge Gamboa – College of Arts and Sciences, Angeluz Aujero and Eric Yared – College of Business and Accountancy, Gierlyn Gonzales and Keneth Apelo – College of Engineering, and Leah Baldonaza and Shem Nono – College of Education.

One of the most outstanding awardees was Karina Parreno, a 19-year-old nursing freshman, who is the daughter of Businessmen's Fellowship Bacolod chapter president Concon and Joy Parreño.

Karina is a well accomplished student, having been the Ambassador of Goodwill for the American Field Service, a Japan exchange student, and a first Dan black-belt in taekwondo. She is part of the badminton varsity team of La Salle. Her home is filled with 62 trophies, medals and certificates from her academic, sports, modelling and Japanese proficiency tests.*
