BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO

The Office of the Building Official is preparing to serve second notices of violation to eight resorts in Brgy. Punta-Taytay this week for their lack of building permits, its head Isidro Sun Jr. said yesterday.

Out of the eight resorts served notices of violation last month, only Rey Francis Cabuga of Villa Iska Resort had applied for a building permit for his pavilion and is processing another building permit for another structure in his resort, Sun said.
