Villamor ok if replaced
BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO

Reacting to reports circulating that he is up for replacement by June or July, Bacolod City Administrator Rolando Villamor said yesterday he is willing to give others a chance to show their capability in providing real public service to the people of Bacolod City.

Lorney-Lyzander Dilag, a partymate of Bacolod Rep. Monico Puentevella, is reportedly being eyed to replace Villamor as City Administrator.

Villamor, meanwhile, is said to replace his daughter, Sarah, as City Legal Officer.

“I heard about it. By all means, those who are interested, let them replace me. It is all right with me,” Villamor said.

He said they should encourage all those who have ambition, when asked about the reports. He also said they have not yet seen the capability of others so they should be given a chance to serve since they might be able to help the administration in providing real services to the people.*CGS
