Senator Allan Peter Cayetano yesterday urged Bacoleños to show investors that it is time to invest in Bacolod.
Cayetano, who was guest speaker during the 76th Charter Day celebration at the Bacolod Public Plaza, at the same time congratulated Bacoleños for the gains made by the city.
Noting that wrong choices had been made in the past, Cayetano said how the country moves forward depends on the people.
