A book launching

LA VIDA NEGRENSE

Bacolod's newest author, Marc Lopez, launched his first book, “Hit Your Life's Reset Button! You Can Start Again Today” Friday, that was endorsed by Department of Education Secretary, Bro. Armin Luistro.

The book's back cover gives an introduction to what it is about: “What if there was a “life reset button” you could press so you could start all over again? Do you want a clean slate? A chance to begin again? Maybe restore a relationship? Reignite your zest for life? Live a richer, fuller life?” The book says three simple steps on how to “reset” one's life – and start again! Anytime, anywhere!

The launch was attended by around 250 family members, friends, and guests of the author. Many prayer communities were also represented. Fr. Mariano Agruda III, father superior of the Our Lady's Hill, Carmel's Retreat Facility, in Bago City, spoke about retreats and starting again. The author was introduced by his daughter, Carmeli Lopez, and GMA's Gretchen Varela.

Lopez shared how the book came about, by narrating his personal experiences with life and prayer, and some excerpts from his book. He had some of the audience teary-eyed when he emotionally shared his deep love for his family as a father, and how he discovered through this experience, the even greater love of God for all His children.

Bo Sanchez a bestselling author and a friend of Marc, shared his review: “Warning: This book will bring you closer to God. Marc's words will penetrate your heart and bless your soul.”*
