Boknoy Locsin made five 3-pointers to end up with 17 and Luigino Lacson added 12 points in his team's triumph.
Nikol Medina paced HiFlex with 24 points while Paolo Avecilla and Reygin Oquiana contributed 18 and 16 points, respectively.
Jake De la Paz and Mark Yanson combined for another 21 points as HiFlex was eliminated for the second straight conference.
In the second game, Leman's grabbed the top seatand a twice-to beat-advantage after edging defending champions Vermillion, 85-77.
Gerard Barranechea and Tad Caperonce led a balanced offensive attack, scoring 11 points apiece for Leman's while Dante Ma added 10 points.
Vermillion was once again led by Carlo Chu with 19 points while Japeth Cua contributed 13.
It will meet second seed Sugarland Hardware Painters in the other semifinal game and will have to also beat them twice to enter the best-of-three championship round.*
