Vallacar holds first family day

Vallacar Transit Inc., operator of Ceres buses, held its first family day at its head office in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Saturday in line with the 86 th birthday of its patriarch and founder, Ricardo Yanson.

Jesideth Seballos, VTI legal and media relations manager, said they held bloodletting activity and medical consultation for their employees, and had film showing for their children.

The event, on the theme “Ang trabaho ko, kinabukasan ng aking pamilya", aimed to bring families of their employees together and to orient their children about the workplace and nature of the job of their parents.

The whole-day activity included raffle draws for employees of VTI, who were also entertained by the Barangay Kapamilya, she added. Seballos said that last December, they awarded trophies and cash incentives to employees who have served the company for a long time.*CGS
