Metro Sales stays on top
in Davies Cup bowlfest

Metro Sales knocked down 970 pinfalls in the sixth round to maintain the lead in the 1 st Davies Cup Bowling Tournament 2015 at the Negros Super Lanes and Entertainment Center of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

In the overall tally, Metro Sale accumulated an aggregate of 6,873 points to top the 22-team pack.

Abrakadabra-S and NPBC RJ Stars posted 6,806 and 6,744 to occupy the second and third spots followed by JMC with 6,674.

Catching up are RJ Stars/NPBC with 6,627; ESD Solid Strikers/ASSFBI, 6,580; Davies II, 6,520; Silverado, 6,492; Rapha Bowlers, 6,457; Mulo Car Aircon, 6,449; ELS Electronz, 6,429; Davies I, 6,400; Grupo Retirado, 6,266; 69Ners, 6,248; Dolar Surveying Office, 6,205; BACPHIL Bago City, 6,203; Eco-saver, 6,180; WEPCO, 6,039; Barangay Tangub, 5,948, and Tanduay, 5,729.

Metro Sales and RJ Stars/NPBC holds the team highest single and triple record with 404 and 1,073 points.

It was Dennis Aguirre, of NOHS '99 who booked the highest pinning mark with 96, while Michael Corral of Metro Sales and RJ Stars bet Melchor Semillano in the individual single and triple with 162 and 387 apiece.*HLG
