in Davies Cup bowlfest

Metro Sales knocked down 970 pinfalls in the sixth round to maintain the lead in the 1 st Davies Cup Bowling Tournament 2015 at the Negros Super Lanes and Entertainment Center of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

In the overall tally, Metro Sale accumulated an aggregate of 6,873 points to top the 22-team pack.

Abrakadabra-S and NPBC RJ Stars posted 6,806 and 6,744 to occupy the second and third spots followed by JMC with 6,674.

SAMEC nips Tangub
in Sharp-BUSG 50Up

Saturday Men's Club squeaked past Tangub, 75-73, to register its second victory in 50 Up division of the Sharp – Basketball Unified Sports Group Invitational Basketball Tournament at JGC Gym at Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City, a press release form BUS G said.

SAMEC's trio of Alarcon-Bernales-Eso combined for 37 points to negate the 61-point output of Toto Consulta, Jerry Bayles, Bong Lopez and Boy Claridad.

Results from the other games show Fujidenso-BUSG tripping Tangub, 78-57; Alijis Basketball Club taming Team Meliton of Talisay, 85-76, and Mangkas succumbing to the Huskies of Fujidenso, 60-69.
