MF Computer Solution from Silay City prevailed over Total Gas of Mansilingan, 110-106 in the battle for third place.
The showdown between Davies Paint-UNO-R Rams and STI-WNU Mustangs capped the tournament that had the Rams staging a walkout in their last semifinal game Thursday against the Mustangs.
Davies Paint, leading 18-3 over STI-WNU, exited the court after seeing Mustang Errol Doromal playing despite figuring in an on-court altercation with Patong Ramos of Total Gas in their previous semifinal encounter.
Tournament commissioner Melvin Baclay and Organizing committee chairman Jose Batuigas and members Virgil Ramos, Al Balenia, Rodel Pangandian, Phoebe Orola, Baclay and Malot Boribor ejected both players but did not impose a suspension.
Despite the walkout, Davies-UNO-R was allowed to play in the championship against the Mustangs.
Meanwhile, Ram center Ritcher Santillan was named Most Valuable Player and was joined in the mythical five by teammate Japeth Claridad, Mustang Kirby Andrada, JR Katipunan of MF Computer Solution and Joemarie Bayhon of Total.*NAB
