NOFA plans to expand membership The new leadership of the Negros Occidental Football Association plans to increase its membership this year. This was revealed by businessman and sports executive Ricardo Yanson Jr., who assumed the presidency of the association in January. “I envision to invite new members for our association to succeed,” Yanson said at the first NOFA assembly, held after many years, at Business Inn Saturday morning.
