They will fill in the positions of terminated supervising/administrative officer Roger Dullano, executive assistants Rocky Puentevella, Rufino Alcala, Agnes Lira Jundos and Reynaldo Ebreo, respectively, he said.
The legal counsel of the 11 lot owners at Buri Road in Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City, has proposed to the city government, the payment of a minimal valuation on their property during a meeting with acting Bacolod Mayor Greg Gasataya yesterday.
The complainants had earlier filed a complaint for just compensation against the Department of Public Works and Highways, and the Bacolod City Government after the lapse of the ultimatum they had set. In September.
Pauline Nuega, their legal counsel, yesterday said the proposal came after tension arose between the lot owners and the workers of the project being initiated by the DPWH Thursday.
