A security guard and his companion are now in jail, after they were tagged as suspects in the killing of two videokee bar customers early morning yesterday in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.

Supt. Edel Jose Manzano, Cadiz City police chief, yesterday identified the arrested suspects as Ernie Teves, a security guard, and his colleague, Oliver Sojot.

Police investigations show that heated arguments ensued between the two suspects and the victims identified as Renante Despi, 46, and his younger brother, Reggie, 43, both laborers and residents of Purok Cubay, Brgy. Tinampa-an, Cadiz City.

The victims and suspects were customers of the Chona's KTV Bar at Corner Arellano-Mabini Streets in Brgy. 4, Cadiz City, the police said.

Manzano said the arguments ended with the fatal shooting of the Despi brothers.
