Ever dreamed of eating your favorite Singaporean food in Bacolod? From Hainanese chicken rice to Nonya laksa; from hawker favorites char kweh tiau to satay and from beef rending to spicy chicken curry.

L'fisher Hotel, as part of the 25th year anniversary celebrations will hold a 2-day Singaporean Food Festival on September 19 and 20. The culinary event will feature executive chef HK Tan of the Nasi Lemak Galleria and Singapore Food Republic fame, a press release from the hotel said.

“We are excited to bring a taste of Singapore to Bacolod, “said HK Tan the 60-year old restaurateur and chef. “We have heard so much of this city, its people, culture and its food. We look forward to delighting them with an authentic Singapore food experience.”

The Singaporean food fest will be held on September 19 and 20 in Ripples Restaurant in L'Fisher Hotel.

For September 19, Saturday, it will be a dinner buffet from 6 to 10:30 p.m. while for September 20, Sunday, it will be a lunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the press release said.

The buffet price is at P 899 per person. Each person who buys the Singaporean Food Festival Buffet Ticket will get a chance to win 2 Round Trip Tickets from Iloilo to Singapore in the raffle for free, it said.

These roundtrip tickets is sponsored to you by Cebu Pacific Air, the official partner of L'Fisher Hotel for the Singaporean Food Festival. Flight frequencies for Iloilo to Singapore is every Monday and for Singapore to Iloilo is every Tuesday and Saturday, the press release said.
