Quick response mechanism will also be developed and established at the household, city and national levels.

This includes the mobilization of national and local governments, business, church, academe and civil society to provide critical interventions like the introduction of policy measures, expansion of service delivery, increased budget allocation, construction of public utilities, investing in human resources development, and capacity-building support, the press release said.

Bacolod City received P300,000 from the LGA to ensure the complete and effective delivery of project outputs; and will provide technical guidance together with the League of Cities of the Philippines, the press release added.*
