A team-building seminar for barangay secretaries was conducted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Bacolod and the Liga nga mga Barangay Bacolod Chapter recently at Middle Town Inn, a press release from the organizers said.

The seminar was attended by 55 out of 61 barangay secretaries in Bacolod, aimed at building better rapport among them and enhancing their skills and knowledge in performing their functions.

Dino Ponsaran, OIC director of DILG-Bacolod, said that if the barangay secretary is effective in his or her functions, more than half of the workload will be done.
