Jollibee to launch
‘kid scout’ training

Jollibee Foods Corporation offers the Kid Scout Program in line with its goal to become an ally to mothers in developing their kids’ talents and to make summer the best time for their children to meet new friends and engage in activities that will help them become well-rounded individuals.

The program aims at instilling the values of fun, family and friendship, and each kiddie scout should be able to undergo Scout tasks, a press release from JFC said.

The workshop will start on April 13 and will be in four batches. It will focus on the four Jollibee Kids Club activities: Performing arts (dancing, singing, and acting); arts and crafts; reading; and social skills (values, active play, and outreach program), the press release added.

Participants must be six to 12 years old, have signed a JFC application/membership form, must be outgoing, participative and friendly.

Marketing services officer Leah Marie Sausa of JFC said the program is one of their biggest projects, so far, and is designed to strengthen loyalty and brand awareness to Jollibee among kid customers via fun and value-oriented activities.

The corporation promises to make every club member a dynamic and well-rounded Filipino child, the press release said.

Those interested in joining may call or send text messages to 0918-9633463.

Meanwhile, the newly-renovated Jollibee-Kabankalan store was open and blessed yesterday, while Jollibee La Salle–Bacolod will have its blessing and opening tomorrow, the press release added.*
