Sharp, Davies pace
Christmas bowling tourney

Sharp still leads in the premiere division, and Davies III and Condura ASSFBI Ladies in their bracket at the Christmas Cup Open Trio Bowling Championship being held at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.

The Irne Diaz-led Sharp team now have a game-high 708 points for a sixth round totals of 4,481.

Davies II of Edgar Jerez and Romel Jover has 4,371 after scoring 696 points.

Cecil Silverio’s ASSFBI Silverado and Steve Po’s NPBC/RJ Stars are behind with 4,352 and 4,316 each.

The other squads are Mulo Car Aircon Services, 4,315; TNT Construction/Mechelec, 4,276; ESD Electronz, 4,262; Davies I, 4,228, and Kami Mga Hubin, 4,225.

Davies III kept top spot in the non-rated department with 4,495 followed by FRM Marketing with 4,369.

Manila Bulletin/Philippine Daily Inquirer had 4,257; Canvil Knights, 4,242; Candles Alimon Steel, 4,227; ESD Electronz, 4,203; St. Joseph Alumni, 4,173; RJ Stars NPBC, 4,159; Bago City Bowlers Association, 4,134; Flores Team, 4,125; Metro Sales, 4,111; RJPL, 4,085; Haier/Sanyo, 3,992, and 4-Fun, 3,444.

Condura ASSFBI Ladies got the No.1 post in the women’s category with 4,183 points, as former leader St. Joseph D’Adventurers fell to second with 4,121.

Competing in the same bracket are Tiger Eye with 4,065; Davies Fusion, 4,039; Panasonic/ON-BACIBA, 3,953; RJ Stars/NPBC, 3,770; Racahe, 3,747, and Kami Mga Gwaoa, 3,596.
