What they say
about the STAR

What exactly does the Visayan DAILY STAR deliver? I see a couple of things. First is the news, or the information that keeps people aware. The second is something that is not seen, credibility. For 30 years, your reporters and editors have worked so hard to keep your newspaper a worthy product that delivers accurate information and credibility, and with a common vision of uniting our people. May it continue to spend a great deal of time and effort in making its stories an overall reflection of truth and objectivity always. Congratulations.

BACOLOD REP. ANTHONY GOLEZ

One declarative I can utter - the Visayan DAILY STAR has withstood the test of time undiminished, uncompromised. It’s old enough to know what matters yet young enough to go round the block a couple more laps. It has been one journey, the Maker favors you with more. Deo Favante Festina lente. (God’s Favors, make Haste slowly).
